The QA process starts with the beginning of the project planning, not when the development is completed. It spans whole the software development life cycle from initial planning to after-deployment maintenance and support phase and comprises of following processes and activities:
- Permanent quality control by monitoring work and observing whether requirements are met.
- Tight involvement of customer side to process of requirements verification.
- Unit, module, integration, overall system testing.
- Iterative code reviews.
- Change control.
- Issue tracking.
